| This summer, FXCM is launching our discount brokerage division, FXCM Micro. FXCM will gradually be inviting existing clients with account balances under $5,000 to upgrade their accounts. To ensure a smooth transition, FXCM will be sending invitations over the next two months. Invitations will be sent out via e-mail, and this page will be used as an update center throughout the upgrade period. |

| When will my account be upgraded to FXCM Micro? |
| You will be invited through a series of e-mails two to three weeks in advance and through trading station pop-up messages. To ensure receipt of e-mails, please make sure you have a valid e-mail address on file. Please visit www.myfxcm.com and login to MyProfile to ensure that we have your correct e-mail address. |

| Can I opt not to upgrade my account to FXCM Micro? |
| Yes, you can opt out. We want you to use the FXCM resources and services you are most comfortable with. That said, we believe FXCM Micro, with its lower spreads, will be by far the more popular choice. If you elect not to participate at this time, simply send an e-mail to FXCM Micro client support at admin@fxcmmicro.com using the e-mail address we have for you on file. |

| Will my positions be switched? |
| Yes, positions will be switched for you automatically. |

| Will I need to change my password once my account is upgraded? |
| No. |
